When it comes to work, we are serious about it and when it comes to having fun, we don’t hold back. We bring the same energy to our recreation and team activities as we do to our projects.

One of the many interesting practices that have been initiated at IDenizen is the ‘SmartAdda’. SmartAdda is a forum where all the employees meet on a monthly basis to celebrate birthdays during the month and the management rewards and recognises the performers with certificates like ‘Supernova Performer of the Quarter’, ‘Star of the month’, and ‘Kudos’ in recognition of an individual’s performance in a particular assignment.  Another unique practice that IDenizen has initiated is ‘Coffee with the CEO’. The CEO has a weekly coffee session with an employee chosen randomly to discuss about his or her aspirations and grievances over a coffee. 

Durga Pooja, Deepavali-the festival of lights, Christmas, New Year's, Ethnic day, and our company’s Annual Day are all celebrated and looked forward to. We share the joy of overcoming challenges and then celebrate the fruits of our efforts together.
