Recruitment Process

 

IDenizen is continually seeking to recruit high caliber individuals that are keen to progress their careers within a fast-moving, forward-thinking company. We actively recruit people from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds to become a part of the dynamic IDenizen team.

Job openings at IDenizen Smartware Pvt Ltd are filled on an ongoing basis. You can submit your profile for consideration against future opportunities.

STAGE 1 - The application procedure
The recruitment process is initiated on receipt of your resume. As a result of the number of applications that IDenizen receives, it is necessary for the HR team to initiate a pre-screening practice determined by the role and level of entry of each position. If suitable, your resume is passed to the relevant manager for further consideration.

STAGE 2 - The interview process
If the manager would like to take your application further he/she will invite you to an interview. Typically you will be expected to attend two rounds of interviews.

STAGE 3 - The offer
Candidates who have been successful will be made an offer. Upon acceptance of the offer, the HR team would complete all relevant reference checks. Candidates whose reference checks are positive and in-order would be issued an appointment letter. There-after the candidate formally becomes a part of the IDenizen Team.
