Implementation is an execution of a plan. At IDenizen, We have a dedicated team of people working round the clock to be of service to our customers at all points in time. The implementation process is very methodical and systematic.
The implementation process begins with the customer placing a purchase order. Once the purchase order is placed, the same is discussed internally and once accepted, an acceptance letter is sent out to the customer.
After acceptance, our implementation staff visits the customer for site inspection.
Site inspection here means that the staff will inspect the campus to check for resources available. On completion of the site inspection, the requirements are discussed with the customer and arrangements are made for the same.
Now the staff is deployed on site to complete the entire implementation process.
The staff will first complete the installation and configuration of software and hardware requirements of the customer. The staff will then take the customer through an in-depth training about how to use the product.
Information of students is collected in terms of data and photo to make smartcards. We will then supply the customer with the smart cards for all the students.
The final stage of the implementation process is the sign off process which is receipt of a document from the customer stating that the implementation process has been successfully completed by IDenizen.
Once the implementation has been completed, our Customer Delight Team will follow up with the college at regular intervals for the feedback on the product and in case of any issues reported by the customer the same will be handled and resolved by our help desk team.
